About
Envision Life Balanced
I realized that the industry was missing one major component to mental health, which in my opinion is personalization, I understood I needed to go out and help people in a more effective way. Envision Life Balanced is here helping people understand that therapy doesn’t always have to be on a couch with someone asking you “how does that make you feel?”.
Pulling therapy out of the 4-walls that has inhibited it for so many years, and helping people envision what they consider to be happy and healthy allows a person to learn just how great their own mental power is.
Finding balance in life, calming the chaos and reframing societal thinking of not being good enough, is the beginning of a healthy mindset and can help build a new personal environment.
Envision Life Balanced is focused on helping Men and Women who are looking to find balance in their lives, and not just cope with the daily struggles and issues but learn to accept them and work through them by simply becoming a stronger, happier and healthier version of themselves.
We have found that many people who have these feelings also have obligations such as work, school, kids, after school activities, a house, and other responsibilities that may hinder their ability to take a bit of personal time to go help themselves. The goal of Envision Life Balanced is to bring therapy to the person rather than the person going to therapy.
My Background
I graduated from Wayne State University 2014 with my Masters Of Social Work with a Clinical focus. I also received a Bachelors degrees from Oakland University studying Psychology in 2011.
I have been working multiple years in the mental health field , I have had the privilege of helping people work through symptoms of anxiety, depression, self esteem issues and relationship concerns. I specialize in working with young adults to the elderly. I have found a spark and passion in watching my clients grow into stronger more self assured versions of themselves and releasing the chains of what had stunted their growth previously.
I've spent years helping at-risk families, specializing in helping the children who have suffered from traumatic experiences, teaching them to cope and live healthy balanced lives.
In my Masters Program, I was fortunate enough to work with DMC Sinai Grace Hospital in Detroit, as part of the social work team who resided on the inpatient psychiatric unit. I cared for the chronically mentally ill clients and helped their families bring stability into their lives and set up resources for continued care outside of hospitalization.
